●Quality Improvement
Since thawing is performed at low temperatures and high humidity, it suppresses surface drying of frozen products and minimizes drip loss.
After thawing is complete, products are stored in refrigeration (0°C to 5°C), which inhibits bacterial growth and produces high-quality thawed products.
●Cleaning
The freezing machine and cooler are located at the top of the unit, so there are no protrusions inside the unit other than the circulation fan and cart, making post-operation cleaning very easy.
